Request for Proposals: Landscape Maintenance Services

The Opelika Housing Authority will be accepting proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services for multiple facilities, located throughout the city of Opelika and city of Camp Hill, Alabama until 11:00 AM Central Standard Time on August 27th, 2021, at the Central Office of the Authority located at 1706 Toomer Street, Opelika, AL 36801.
The required specifications and proposal forms are attached.
A pre-proposal conference shall be held, depending on the pandemic circumstances, at 1202 Samford Place, Opelika, AL 36801 or via ZOOM, on Friday, August 27th, 2021 at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time.

The Opelika Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to wave any informalities. Proposals should be delivered to the Opelika Housing Authority, 1706 Toomer Street, Opelika, AL 36801, no later than 11:00 AM Central Standard Time Friday, August 27th, 2021 with the words "2021 Landscape Maintenance Services RFP" and the contractors name written on the front.
Scope of Work:
The Landscape Maintenance Services proposal is to satisfy the needs of the Opelika Housing Authority for complete a n d professional Landscape Maintenance services. The Contractor proposal shall be
priced out per property as well as all sites combined, if interested.
