Families are invited to attend the Valestine Day Community Kite Day, a family and community celebration hosted by Ward 1 Community Action and the Penn Servant Foundation. This event is designed to bring the community together for a fun afternoon of kite flying, food, games, and fellowship.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of family engagement activities and community recognition throughout the day. Both adults and children are welcome to participate.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own kite, although a limited number of kites will be available.
