Opelika Warriors Team Celebration Dinner

The Opelika Housing Authority recently hosted a celebration in honor of our Opelika Warriors basketball and cheer teams following their performance in Bessemer, Alabama at the SERC MLK Basketball and Cheer Tournament.

To recognize their hard work and commitment, we brought the teams and their families together for a dinner at Ole Times Country Buffet. The evening gave us an opportunity to publicly acknowledge the time, discipline, and teamwork these young athletes demonstrated while representing our community.

The Opelika Warriors continue to show what is possible when youth are supported, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow both on and off the court. We are grateful for the coaches, families, volunteers, and community partners who invest in our youth programs and make experiences like this possible.
