Dear OHA Resident

We are delighted to bring you our OHA website. I hope you have as much fun reading it as we did preparing it. We have listed several helpful hints and tips regarding the OHA lease requirements, maintenance, safety and ways to provide a better environment for all of our residents.

On our calendar page, you will find monthly events such as holidays, deadlines for payments of rent and Resident Association meeting dates for your convenience. We hope you become active and participate in the Resident Association in your community. We are committed to improving your living conditions and need your feedback at the Resident Hotline by calling (334) 704-0072. You may leave anonymous message regarding your concerns and/or suggestions. You will not be contacted. All messages will be investigated.

OHA's housing programs are being changed or modified due to changing HUD regulations and legislation. I encourage you to attend your Resident Association meetings and read the New Horizons newsletter for the various updates and general information regarding the Housing Authority.
